This game was great and I’ve had it for a very long time. I supported it with in-app purchases. It has been broken for months now, as reported by others, it doesn’t load and says it needs an internet connection. Today I emailed their customer service and received an automatic response saying this “ Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue development of Plantopia :( This means we cannot offer customer support anymore. My 7 year old daughter and I love this game. We have leveled up to making oils and cottons along with flowers. It worked out great sitting at appointments waiting, we played the game. Now the game keeps saying restart due to no internet. Please fix this issue! We love to play again.

I absolutely love this game but around two months ago it stopped working, it used to kick me out but now it just tells me I have no internet connection. I’ve tried everything to fix this, other than deleting the app because I’ve been playing it for over a year and I don’t want to lose my progress. I love this game, developers please help!

I started out loving to play. After getting up to level 36, the game started kicking me off it. I reported it with no response. If they don’t fix it I’m done with it.

My phone is compatible and has no issues with other apps. It lets me open but not play at all. Yes I’ve reinstalled and all that Finally working :)
The settings tab in the game says it will no longer be available. I am so sad!!!

I have been having issues with the game closing anytime an add starts. Starts to go to an ad he’s teen goes black and forces out of the app. Also what happened to the seasons? I would hate to delete the app but getting very frustrating.

This game has started to close out frequently and when you long back in you find the activities you had recently completed were no long completed. Frustrating

Love this game but glitches make it impossible to play. Every time I prep a plant, the game crashes and erases all of my work. It’s infuriating!
