★★★★☆ CapturesI really love PlayStation but I’m tired of not being able to have clips to get since I am on PS4 captures should be available on ps4 also and not just ps5. There r clips I want to download but cannot do since captures are only for Ps5. It’s unfair and I feel like it should be a feature for PS4 too. Please make it where PS4 players can download captures to their phone to.

★★★★☆ Completely useless appI’m not sure why I need the app but Sony insists on it because it’s virtually impossible to login to the website with your iPhone browser. Somehow it just keeps refreshing the email page and that’s kind of stupid that Sony won’t let me login to their website to verify my PS5. I already spend $400 on the device and god knows how much on games but I’m also expected to have their app on my phone taking up space for zero purpose besides occasionally verifying my account.
★★☆☆☆ Not happyThis damned ps app keeps logging me out everytime after updates it’s frustrating and cause I forget what my current password because I cannot access my current email that I forgot password for in order to reset my psn password 🤦🏽♀️ FML
