★★★☆☆ This is a good app but it could be better

It is a great app but with the new updates you are unable to do searches or try to look at what they have added. It freezes and it doesn’t work like it used to it keeps adding to my continue watching list without me actually starting to view anything and I’m unable to erase it. I wish they fix it.

I have paid to subscribe to this app. but sometimes it is completely frozen and I can’t use it at all. They have automatic renewal, which I do not like, but I will likely cancel soon. It’s very unreliable!

★★☆☆☆ App not working on Apple TV

Over the last couple of weeks, my ViX app has been very glitchy. I have updated the app, deleted it and re-downloaded it, but I am still experiencing the same issues. When I open the app on Apple TV, it will act as if it is frozen and won’t let me click out of the main menu area. My remote is fully charged and I am able to use it on every other app on my device. I have the Apple TV from 2024, and have update updated and restarted my Apple TV several times over the last couple of weeks when I run
