It is a great app but with the new updates you are unable to do searches or try to look at what they have added. It freezes and it doesn’t work like it used to it keeps adding to my continue watching list without me actually starting to view anything and I’m unable to erase it. I wish they fix it.

I enjoy it but it freezes when I’m watching on my iPad, it won’t let me scroll to look for other stuff to watch.

Me gusta la aplicación y no me molestan los comerciales, pero al abrir la app el audio de mi teléfono se anula en cualquier otra aplicación si no se cierra por completo, no me permite conectar el Bluetooth de mi auto y la aplicación se cierra de la nada. Es realmente incómodo por qué no puedo pausar para escuchar un audio de WhatsApp, tengo que cerrar/forzar la app para poderlo hacer. Y al salir del capítulo se va al inicio, tengo que buscar donde me quede, fuera de eso disfruto mucho ver el con

I love this keep me entertained have many soap operas that I love so happy the only thing I hate is so many commercials I want you to add the novelas of baila conmigo year of it is 1992 add it soon in Spanish add the novela locura de amor from year 2000 please I thank you

I love this app , I used to pay $$ to be able to enjoy my childhood novelas , can’t believe I can’t enjoy them for free ❤️

Se podría habilitar la opción de descargar videos? Muchas otras aplicaciones de TV ya cuentan con esa opción y sería estupendo para no perderse de los capítulos favoritos mientras estás fuera de casa; por ejemplo en el gym y así se pase el tiempo más rápido a la hora de hacer cardio; o cuando salimos de viaje y para muchos usurarios no es posible verlos por el consumo de los datos. Esa sería mi única recomendación; de ahí en fuera me parece una muy buena aplicación.

I enjoy the app and all the Spanish content the only complaint I have is that I can’t zoom into full screen on my 14 pro max.

Good for free novelas, I don’t mine the adds but mine just glitches a lot and now that they added it on smart tvs. It’s takes me 10 tries to sign in through my phone by scanning the QR code and when my phone says successful the tv just refreshes a new code and keeps me signing in. Sometimes I get lucky and works on the 2nd time but as of right now im still signing in, making my 12th attempt . Sever bug fixes need to made

Love the content but I’m constantly getting a pop up asking me to calibrate my screen. I do it and either the pop up just freezes there or it goes away only to come back a few minutes later. Not sure what to do as it’s updated so it’s not that.

Overall a great app, but what’s the point of having vix premium if you still get ads when you watch certain movies. Only reason I’m giving it 3 star rating. Please fix the add premium problem. Es una aplicación sencilla, pero que es el chiste de tener el premium si todavía te pasan anuncios en ciertas películas. Es la única razón que doy 3 estrellas. Por favor arreglen los anuncios del premium.

Se veían perfecto y de repente acá en Puerto Rico los partidos de la Liga Argentina y después los de la UEFA Nations League no se pueden ver. - Corrijo la reseña porque la verdad que soporte técnico me ayudo muy rápido y el problema se solucionó, además parece que era un problema de mis televisores porque se ve bien en todos los demás. La verdad una muy buena opción para ver fútbol y se ve con muy buena calidad.

It has good novelas but is so annoying when watching series, it doesn’t stay on the chapter you left, or starts from the beginning or another chapter, it’s so annoying

Everything is good so far but the only feature that is missing is the captions. I can barely watch anything without captions. I mean not even in Spanish.

This app is great but can only use it on my phone since they dont have the app on my LG tv (Web OS) cancelled my plan until its available there.

I like this app it has telenovela classics which is amazing but I would also like to know what is being said we need English subtitles especially since I am trying to learn, speak, & understand Spanish it would be very helpful.

I love it I could watch different Spanish program movies news anything the add don’t bother me as long I could watch something in spanish am good. Thank for this app

Una maravilla de aplicación y ni mencionar el canal en YouTube! Encontré esta app por medio de un anuncio en iG y no me arrepiento, veo todo lo que quiero en español y completo en buena calidad. Lo único malo son los anuncios, son muchos por sección; pero puede mejorar.

I honestly love this app but I can’t really watch the telenovelas because I don’t speak Spanish and I don’t understand anything, please add English subtitles

Las series en celular se ven de muy mala calidad a veces solo se ve la mitad de pantalla, por favor agreguen la opción de poner pantalla completa.

Oh this is quite the improvement, the quality is so much better than prende was. I would have give it 5 stars if it had a few more things like a search bar and maybe profiles. I also would pay for a no ad plan and more novelas. If you see this Univisiontelevisa please keep adding more novelas it keeps my dad who has Alzheimer’s entertained. I have to update this and take a star off bc the dang app won’t save my spot so I have to keep checking every so often

I love this app! Has all my favorite telenovelas i grew up up watching 😍The other day I was sad and my husband said “ponte vix” and the thought of how this app makes me feel better like vicks does, made me so happy 🤣🥰

pls bring the english subtitles of the tenovelas back. i know you used to have it there before , i dont know why u removed it. some of us love tenovelas but we dont understand spanish . pls bring the eng subtitles back

Funciona muy bien en el teléfono pero a la hora de querer transmitir a la tv no se puede,no hay opción de transmitir atraves de Google Chromecast

í love all the novelas that on here. í would def pay if it didn’t glitch so much or freeze or have all these comerciales. í like that it updated & has a search bar. but other than that it’s the same as always. you have to be superrrr patient w this app 🥴

I have paid to subscribe to this app. but sometimes it is completely frozen and I can’t use it at all. They have automatic renewal, which I do not like, but I will likely cancel soon. It’s very unreliable!

Over the last couple of weeks, my ViX app has been very glitchy. I have updated the app, deleted it and re-downloaded it, but I am still experiencing the same issues. When I open the app on Apple TV, it will act as if it is frozen and won’t let me click out of the main menu area. My remote is fully charged and I am able to use it on every other app on my device. I have the Apple TV from 2024, and have update updated and restarted my Apple TV several times over the last couple of weeks when I run
