I had a serious technical issue where my car got stuck at a ChargePoint station for four hours. Unfortunately, the ChargePoint technicians were unable to release the connector, no matter what we tried.I then contacted Presto support, and John helped me very quickly. He sent me a helpful article showing exactly where the manual unlock is located in my car, and thanks to that, the problem was solved.
