I LOVE this app!! Mars charging your car so easy at different stations , no need to download a ton of apps. PLUS it’s saved me money too!!!

I had a serious technical issue where my car got stuck at a ChargePoint station for four hours. Unfortunately, the ChargePoint technicians were unable to release the connector, no matter what we tried.I then contacted Presto support, and John helped me very quickly. He sent me a helpful article showing exactly where the manual unlock is located in my car, and thanks to that, the problem was solved. The chat support was extremely fast and efficient, which made a huge difference in a very stressfu

Things are getting a little better with charging with Presto. They are cheaper than any other EV charging station.

I got this app when I rented a car from Hertz. It is really the best app for the best price on car charging. This app has always worked except today I couldn’t get it to start. I texted customer service inside the app and someone got to me in 1 minute and then when texting wasn’t getting it done Ashwin actually called me and worked with me to get the charging started and made it complimentary since I was not able to get it started. It’s when things go wrong that you really find out the measure

I downloaded this app because i rented from Avis this app was recommended because of its insightful ev charging station navigation. The app also helps you find alternative pricing for charging. John from customer support was very helpful when I hit a snag and couldn’t charge my vehicle , to know they have great people behind their customer support makes me give this company 5 stars ! Hi I’m a first time user of this app. I was almost to tears as I was having to navigate the instructions of how to charge my car and the heat. got a hold of technical support because of my confusion with my prepaid card and Whatnot, this is all pretty new to me. A gentleman by the name of Jay helped me explained pretty much how everything worked. Overall very satisfied with the service what highly recommend
