★★☆☆☆ Questionable customer service
I booked last night a day at the pool today with my friends, when I woke up, saw it was cloudy, so I called the hotel, they told me the pool won’t open today cause they have a “thunderstorm warning” so I requested a refund this morning, via email, it’s almost 2pm and I still have no response 🤦🏼♀️ I need my money back, the pool told me it would be closed 🤷🏼♀️

While I enjoyed my time at the pool I visited, when I attempted to use the discount coupon issued to me by Resort Pass from a previous pool visit, I was told they would not allow me to redeem it. Very shady and terrible customer service.

It seems it only lists places in USA. Nothing in Europe, South America, etc. The search for France only gave me choices in USA.
This should be clear in description of app so I dont give away my personal info (email) for free for nothing.
