Questionable customer service

I booked last night a day at the pool today with my friends, when I woke up, saw it was cloudy, so I called the hotel, they told me the pool won’t open today cause they have a “thunderstorm warning” so I requested a refund this morning, via email, it’s almost 2pm and I still have no response 🤦🏼‍♀️ I need my money back, the pool told me it would be closed 🤷🏼‍♀️

Poor experience

While I enjoyed my time at the pool I visited, when I attempted to use the discount coupon issued to me by Resort Pass from a previous pool visit, I was told they would not allow me to redeem it. Very shady and terrible customer service.

USA only??

It seems it only lists places in USA. Nothing in Europe, South America, etc. The search for France only gave me choices in USA. This should be clear in description of app so I dont give away my personal info (email) for free for nothing.

Can’t pay on app

I can’t check out on the app. Just spins and spins and spins. I tried deleting and redownloading. No luck.

Recent group visit

I recently purchased multiple passes for a group trip we had planned. I was told I could get a refund up to the night before if needed. I tried to get a refund for one of the passes a couple days before our reservation since one person in our group was unable to go. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for a singular pass but could cancel the entire booking and re rsvp. If i canceled the entire reservation and tried to re-book we wouldn't have gone swimming since there wasn’t any availability. So

Out of date property listings and poor customer service

I used this service on a girls trip and the overall experience was disappointing. We rented a cabana at a property on the beach only to find out that several of the inclusions were no longer available. I followed up with resort pass customer service who asked if we spoke to the hotel. Which I mentioned I had in my original email. After that, there was no response from resort pass. Find a hotel that will work with you directly so that your concerns will actually be dealt with onsite and in a tim
