The wait is usually too long to get a car. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
★★★☆☆Bad navigation
Every driver I’ve been assigned has taken the most nonsensical route for pickup and drop off. I don’t know if it’s the Tesla navigation system or every driver is unfamiliar with the city roads but they NEED to do something about the navigation. Pickup time starts at 5 mins, goes up to 7 mins, down to 3, then back up to 5? And the driver is just driving in circles.

1- I couldn’t select the right drop off address out of multiply tries so had to manually pick on the map 😅
2 - wait time is toooo long and not accurate. I’ve been waiting over 20 min and the initial screen said 13
3 - now it’s too late to Cancel and request maybe Uber because they might charge a fee😳
4- how much is cancelation fee? I don’t know. It’s not displayed in the app so I can’t make my choice 🙄
★★☆☆☆Car was in bad shape
Love the fact that they are using secs but the Model Y I rode in was in really bad shape. It had panels coming off, scratches on the outside and it was dirty. I honestly don’t even know if the AC was working. I believe the drivers would treat the cars better if it was theirs. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Hey I have recently took my first ride with revel. The driver is rude and he is taking sudden accelerations and he driving is so aggressive . I tried to contact customer support they didn’t even respond. If something happens while taking ride you guys need to provide the emergency support. I don’t recommend this app
