The wait is usually too long to get a car. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Every driver I’ve been assigned has taken the most nonsensical route for pickup and drop off. I don’t know if it’s the Tesla navigation system or every driver is unfamiliar with the city roads but they NEED to do something about the navigation. Pickup time starts at 5 mins, goes up to 7 mins, down to 3, then back up to 5? And the driver is just driving in circles.

Hey, First of all love revel! I have been riding non stop the past few weeks. That being said, both my friend and I have been unable to pay with our debit cards? We have been literally sending money to our apple pay just to pay for the rides and every time we try to authorize our cards it says it is unable to pre authorize? I have a master card debit and she has a visa and it’s showing the same things on both of ours, so are you guys just not taking card payments atm?

Really good cars and great drivers so far. Our only negative is the the cars don’t always reference exactly where they are. Will def continue to use!!

I’ve had great experiences with the drivers that rebel provides, but I will say that it’s been upsetting that for a couple of times when I requested a ride the weight has been around 18 to 15 minutes. A lot of the times when I’m requesting a ride it’s because I’m running late and when you book the ride, the app does not tell you how long the wait will be before you press request. I wish they would tell me about this before it happens because then I would have a better user experience with the ap

Revel HAS to improve the accuracy of timing when a car will arrive. Every time I’ve called a car it comes 10-15 minutes later than anticipated. Majority of times in the city my main reason to call a car over other forms of transit is its speed. There are obvious perks of this service that I like, such as the cars, service, and discounts, but there is a real psychological frustration that occurs when needing to wait longer than anticipated / being faked out multiple times. 1- I couldn’t select the right drop off address out of multiply tries so had to manually pick on the map 😅 2 - wait time is toooo long and not accurate. I’ve been waiting over 20 min and the initial screen said 13 3 - now it’s too late to Cancel and request maybe Uber because they might charge a fee😳 4- how much is cancelation fee? I don’t know. It’s not displayed in the app so I can’t make my choice 🙄

Love the fact that they are using secs but the Model Y I rode in was in really bad shape. It had panels coming off, scratches on the outside and it was dirty. I honestly don’t even know if the AC was working. I believe the drivers would treat the cars better if it was theirs. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Hey I have recently took my first ride with revel. The driver is rude and he is taking sudden accelerations and he driving is so aggressive . I tried to contact customer support they didn’t even respond. If something happens while taking ride you guys need to provide the emergency support. I don’t recommend this app

Was excited to try the app while on vacation. Decent pricing, but ended up never using and they do not support my home town. I went to remove my credit card info since I didn’t want the info out on a random app, but there is no way to do so. Contacted support, no response.
