Over all it’s great. Just need to be able to adjust current reservations without having to cancel and make changes that way. This is now the 2 or 3rd time I’ve had to do this. Partially my fault but it would be nice to be able to modify current reservations.

The only bad report is the customer service takes forever to communicate via email. You have to book your transportation 7days before you get there. It’s best to call them on this number +1 (888) 748-4990.
Transportation (Destination Services) is who the hotel goes through for there services. Their number is 1 (829) 946-3825. Provide them with your flight information and they will get you taken care of.
