As an avid traveler, I've had the best stays and best experiences at Riu Hotels and Resorts!! They never disappoint!

My husband and I, had a fabulous time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at the RIU Palace in Costa Rica!! The room was spectacular! The staff were friendly!!The restaurants were fabulous and the spa was amazing!! Most importantly, Jean Carlo Renova Spa & Wellness Concierge was an absolute amazing Concierge throughout the entire 10 day stay!! Hoping to return one day in the near future.

Vuelvo al RIU Plaza con mucha alegría. Siempre que estoy en Madrid esté es mi castillo de placer.

I have trying to book this reservation form last week when my total was $796 it keep declining my booking and now it go up by $100 and now it take it wow

Hemos tenido la fortuna de hospedarnos en hoteles RIU en varios países. Siempre es mi primera y mejor opción. Me encantan los hoteles que son exclusivos para adultos.

This a great hotel!! Loved everything about it!! Stayed in the ville. Personnel was nothing but great!! Can’t wait to see all the renovations!!

Over all it’s great. Just need to be able to adjust current reservations without having to cancel and make changes that way. This is now the 2 or 3rd time I’ve had to do this. Partially my fault but it would be nice to be able to modify current reservations.

The only bad report is the customer service takes forever to communicate via email. You have to book your transportation 7days before you get there. It’s best to call them on this number +1 (888) 748-4990. Transportation (Destination Services) is who the hotel goes through for there services. Their number is 1 (829) 946-3825. Provide them with your flight information and they will get you taken care of.

We’ve been going to the Riu resorts for over 20 years We are Riu class members on our last stay at the Riu peninsula in Cancun they had a dedicated check-in area for class members. We really appreciate that. The food was incredible. Service was great. The resort was clean and well kept Thanks Mike and Joyce

We had a wonderful time. The only issue was that one elevator wasn't working. But it didn't make a huge difference except when it was real busy. Everything else was wonderful. Will stay at Rius again

this is our 5th year coming to RIU PALACE CABO. we love everything about it! The layout of the resort, the food && the entertainment. The view is always spectacular.

Me gustan los RIU pues en 2018 o 2019 estuve en RIU Bamboo y me encantó todo visite el parque acuático, camine por los resort y yo de maravilla y los Pool Party excelente. Me gustaría volver este 2024 y contar con un código promocional ya que soy de la tercera edad y retirada de los agradecería y esta vez volvería al RIU República del 22 al 29 de junio ya que es cumple de mi compañero. Muchas gracias y ecente trabajo el de ustedes.

Perfect location. It’s not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and staff is very helpful. The rooms are small but really, how much time do you really spend in the room?
