User Reviews and Ratings
★★☆☆☆Meh
App is not as seamless as it looks. Getting into contact with someone from your care team when it’s not a monthly check in is purposefully difficult.
Care team can be hit or miss. Most will copy and paste a generic reply, not answer your questions, and close the message thread so you can’t ask anything else. A few will
Be very helpful.
I feel like if the body membership cost which is separate from the medication is so expensive, then care should be top tier and easy to access.
2/5 for custo
★★☆☆☆Pretty pricey
Not sure how this app got a good rating . I looked into a savings plan for the Wegovy pill they charge you a $45 a month member ship in addition to the $149 cost of the pill . After the first month they the. Charge you $145 a month and they’re after plus $199 . I seriously do not know why there’s a membership a Monthly at that . When I can go straight to my pharmacy and buy it at one price . Please read the fine print
★★★★☆No CSR
There is no number and no chat to have a active conversation with the a customer service representative. I’ve been messaging back and forth with them for days (each response could take up to three days) for something that should be a 20 minute phone call. Update- I was able to get my problem fixed and a refund to accommodate the lost time. I’m going to give it another try since they made it right.
★★☆☆☆The app is buggy
The app is buggy and jumps to the home screen when you click certain links. I had to go back to using the web site.
★★☆☆☆Weight trackers not completely visible
The weight tracker is formatted such that you can’t see it all and can’t navigate out of it once you’re in it. It’s zoomed in and can’t move it around or reduce it to see it all on screen.
