As an with ADHD and a morning job, this helps immensely with my time blindness that is especially acute while trying to wake up and get out the door. It helps me keep track of how much time is actually passing so I’m not perpetually late. As someone with ADHD it ALSO drives me nuts to get 3-5 notifications on the drive to work that my “routine is overdue” even when I finished it!

I was looking for a routine app that didn’t cost money and was simple and this is perfect! It is a shame that u can’t make multiple routines without paying but I made it work 😅 that’s really the only downside, I would like if u could add description to a step to specify stuff tho!
