15 Positive User Reviews for RoutineFlow: Guided Routines

My review

Really good This helped me a lot really recommend it

I love routine flow!

This app is so helpful to focus on just one thing at a time. It’s a simple concept that is surprisingly motivating. Little tasks one at a time leads to a lot getting done over time.

Awesum

Very useful, and has helped me to put in place a routine that production

Need Tasks

This app is great, but it would be perfect with the addition of a task list for things that come up.

Helpful

Once you start your system of how you want to go about your day, it really makes a difference. I struggle with ADHD paralysis and it’s hard to get your butt moving. This is helpful for someone like me that has trouble with starting tasks and staying on task. It’s simple and effective for me. Of course, I fall off my routine every now and again but it’s nice to have this tool to help me navigate the world.

Why the name?

I had this app, and found it helpful, but I removed it as soon as they added ADHD. Using mental health as a buzzword or SEO thing is ingenuine and muddies the water for people who really have it.

Like the concept a lot

Would like to support the developer, but $50 per year is too much. Would consider purchasing it one time. Developers also should consider that not everyone can spend $300 or more per month for having multiple apps, no matter how good they are. I hate apple for starting this all at first place.

Excellent

Does everything I wanted plus a few more things.

Best App for Me

I have tried so many apps to help with ADHD, help with procrastination, create plans, so I can actually do the same thing, the same way every day. All of them have left me aimless, except for RoutineFlow. I’m grateful.

You can turn off streaks!

Ah, the sweet relief of turning off app features. I wish I could turn off more!

Amazing

Perfect for someone who likes a routine but can’t keep a regular schedule. I love this app! I can’t believe how great it is for how young it is. Thank you!!

Made my life less stressful

Having an external source telling me what to do instead of my own brain initiating a task has been a game changer. Love the digital time and the progress bar in one space to visually see time passing. Easy to use! One suggestion would be to allow users to select multiple items when creating a routine instead of selecting one task entering it into the routine and then having add another individually

3 Negative User Reviews for RoutineFlow: Guided Routines

Not actually free

I don’t like apps that are “free” to download, but then everything is behind a paywall. I was looking to set routines for my entire day. You can only have 1 routine…unless you pay. No thanks.

About the Subscription

I absolutely hate using apps that only allow a very small portion of their app for free. I understand you want money for this sort of thing, but if it was really about helping people like me with ADHD, you’d offer more than one free routine. This is a perfect app and I love how detailed some of the preset tasks are, and it’s also very simple. But I am not paying for the full thing, instead, I’m gonna keep looking for other good apps until I find a good one for free or at least offers more than t

Overwhelming

At first, it feels like it’s going to work. The planning is important. But then after you’ve got it set up, you find yourself overwhelmed every time you open it and see all the categories of things you’re supposed to do that day. All the routines. Well, anyway, that’s been the case for me. I think most of the people who benefit from this type of app really need the least amount of overwhelm possible. While this app solves it inside of a routine, it doesn’t solve it when you’re selecting a routin
