User Reviews and Ratings

★★☆☆☆ Confusing..

USA or United States not American

★★★★★ John

Keep up the good work and getting people to their destinations.

★★★☆☆ App shortcoming

The app doesn’t pull already selected preferences correctly at the checkin time. It should provide an option, “ keep the existing selection”

★★★☆☆ Forced to pick a seat

I was not able to move forward with the check in unless I selected a seat and it made me pay for that. I would have happily taken a random seat

★★★★☆ Bradley F Kalin

I have flown on Ryan Air before so I don’t understand why you again needed my information, passport and printed boarding pass. I thought I entered directly through your app! Thank you Bradley F Kalin
