The app doesn’t pull already selected preferences correctly at the checkin time. It should provide an option, “ keep the existing selection”

I was not able to move forward with the check in unless I selected a seat and it made me pay for that. I would have happily taken a random seat

I have flown on Ryan Air before so I don’t understand why you again needed my information, passport and printed boarding pass. I thought I entered directly through your app! Thank you Bradley F Kalin

They should fix the issue with the app reseting itself when you leave to search for document/ID information for the passenger. When you return to the app, you lost all the work done filling in the information requested. If you know the ID number and validation date of each member of the family, then forget my comment…

After already paying for baggage when I bought my tickets initially, the app only presented options to purchase more bags when trying to check-in and get boarding passes. So, now I think I have paid for too much baggage! This needs to be fixed!!!

Very difficult to check in when you have more than one passenger. Very hard to add your COVID information

I spent 30 minutes on line with a bot and then a person to try to change a flight. By the time they actually responded we had gone inside the 2 1/2 hour window and said they could not help me. Service support needs improvement.

I had a 12 hour layover, I attempted to check my 22 Kilo bag and was told I couldn’t until 2 hours before the flight. I then carried my two heavy bags 5 miles to the closest luggage storage…. Pretty lame

I believe I paid for bags. Leading me to believe I didn’t

I like Ryanair when I was little I leave in Europe and my parents didn’t have enough money so the only cheaper prices were in Ryanair,So Ryanair has a special place in my heart

As a college student I will pay more for a flight than deal with Ryanair. The airline makes you pay for a refund form, which you aren’t guaranteed to get that money back. Do not use this airline because of the atrocious customer service.

I don't really like your baggage policies or that I have to pay for every single thing extra, but you have been great for traveling Europe low cost. Keep it up!

The app keeps freezing & crashing when I’m trying to look at flights.

Constantly freezes, reloads and loses all of your information. It’s frustrating to use this app but Ryan air is too good to pass up!

I love the cheap flights, but with the new update. The Ryanair constantly freezes!

App works great, just wish they would put the gate/terminal info in the app. I have to use third party websites to find out these things, which is annoying.

Easy to pull up and save boarding pass So we do not have to print And do not need to download it

I doesn’t hurt to pay for seats if I pay only 16$ Marrakesh Athens for flight. Great services and friendly crew Will always fly Ryanair

There’s no way i can add my flight to apple wallet, it could be perfect

I had entered a date of birth into my documents on my own section of the app and when I went to check in it automatically added a day so I had to manually add travel document, could easily have been a way of stopping me getting that flight

It was easy to navigate the app and book our flight but they charge for every single thing. I understand it’s a budget airline but at least one complimentary standard would be nice.

Fare finder isn’t available in the mobile application, each time want to check cheap destinations from my city need to use the laptop or search city by city in the mobile app

I ordered 2 priority tickets out of 5 + seats. Once cheking in I was always asked to buy priority, and no purchased priority o my bought seats were not shown.
