The developer of this app does not disclose the full price until you complete the online registration. I have no problem with the app developer charging for the service. However, pricing should be disclosed upfront without having to download the app.
The app is virtually useless without paying.

I can get a clear photo with my camera, but the thumbnail of the image I get with the app always looks blurry. I don’t want to drop $40 on sending a derm a photo that isn’t clear.

I cannot even use the app because the camera built in has completely broken autofocus. Everything close up is just blurred. You could add an upload feature or fix the autofocus by setting captureDevice.focusMode = .autoFocus and captureDevice.focusPointOfInterest in swift, or the closest alternative for this apps language.
