It’s easy to window shop and see what is in store near my local Sephora it’s my favorite app to use

I order from Sephora a lot. There is always a disappointment of some kind. Either something is wrong, or the birthday gift they offer is not in the box,or the samples are not what I selected and are the worst alternative. It’s always something.🤷🏻‍♀️ Customer service is not helpful.

Ok so the app itself is absolutely amazing, and I love how it gives me recommendations on what they think I would love, (really helpful). But one main problem, but its pretty small. I use this app on my ipad, and the app is built for a phone and even when I use the zoom in button, its still kinda small. So I just wish it would fit my screen 😢. Otherwise great app, great store. Thanks sephora!!

This app is amazing! One thing i love that they do is they tell you if you can buy it in store or if it is an online only thing, with can save you a lot of time because you don’t wanna go to the store just to find out it’s online only. Also if your thinking of buying anything but your unsure and have a questions about it, if you scroll down you can put your questions in and someone will answer it. I love this app because it allows me to browse at the store even when I’m home and just relaxing. I always like the feature they have which allows you to create your LOVE 🩷 list of all your favorite products! It gives you notifications if a sale has come up or the item is out of stock. I highly recommend this app! If I could give it a ten, I would!!!
