I just had LITERALLY the BEST makeup tutorial with Kayleigh in the Ahwatukee store and I am BEYOND thrilled with the results!! HIGHLY recommend you request her should you need a makeover who is a master at her craft!!

To whom it may concern. I came to Tysons corner Sephora mainly for my 13 years of daughter! I requested Vaeda because I saw her doing for previous client. However, not only she did a great job- she made my daughter experience a memorable one. I would like you to recognize her for her hard work. She put together skin care for my child. I have an iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard and it sits on my table at all times. I do everything on my ipad and all the apps I use have landscape mode. I would love to use this app especially since Sephora’s website has not been working for me. Please add landscape mode. Thank you.

I mean the app it’s self is great.You can add stuff to you cart,and just look for stuff .BUT when you try to scroll down it resets my screen so 3 star

I have been trying to place an order on the app but wasn’t able to add a gift card to pay for my purchase. Did an online chat and was told there was a glitch in the system because of heavy order load. Tried again today and still doesn’t have a way to add a gift card. Did another live chat and was told to try my computer. I did and it worked. Very disappointing that this isn’t available on the app.

Store was busy. I was concerned about staying. But Matt helped me find what I needed. He was spot on with shade. Asked if he could have a try at applying for me and he has the touch! I Didn’t even ask the price. I was taking it. Then there appeared to be a long line. But that line moved quite efficiently. Quodos to the staff at the Walden Galleria Sephora!

It’s pretty easy to find stuff and to use. This app is way more helpful than I thought and because some Sephoras are pretty for away from my house I don’t even have to move a muscle and the shipping is pretty cheap and it come at an decent speed. This is why I love this app!

First I love this app also you can take a quiz to see what you need for your skin! Sometimes a skincare product is expensive, but they can’t control to price. I rate this app a 5 stars!

So the reason I put I 3 star is because I went to a Alpharetta mall and I put my location to Alpharetta instead of Woodstock and I looked up Rosi-Drops by Drunk Elephant and I said it was in stock so I went to Sephora because I needed some more Rosi-Drops I found NO Rosi-Drops in stock I also said “buy online” “Buy Online pick up” “Same day delivery” so it ment it was in stock I also asked a worker and no in the back or drawer so please Sephora make sure your correct next time it would be so muc

The Sephora app is so helpful for many reasons I can easily find things that are sold out in store and at other cosmetic stores

Was about to checkout but then realized they didn’t have PayPal or Apple Pay. You have to put in credit card info as the only option to pay. Didn’t end up purchasing.

I only have one suggestion please update the app to add your Beauty Insider card to Apple Wallet and allow the ability to refresh points. I deleted the card to update the point status and was unable to load it back in wallet. Otherwise the app is outstanding. I use it almost everyday! It's also nice that some items are "app only" exclusive. Great job Sephora! PLEASE UPDATE THE CARD IN APPLE WALLET it does not sync along side the actual app as far as points go. In the past it used to perform that

I hate how many times I have to re-login on this app, and also how if I switch between apps this one refreshes so I lose my place. It could be a great app with some small improvements!

Since the new update, it keeps logging me out even though I have the “keep me logged in” toggled on. It would also be nice to track orders in the app. I open my email notifications, click on the tracking. Takes me to the app which then jumps to Safari. Why? Lastly… when writing a review, you can’t see what you’re writing because the app/cursor doesn’t move down the block with you while you type. So I have to write it in my notes then copy and past into the review block.

Omg 8 love this app! I can find anything I need and more! I always look on the app either to find something to look for in store, to get a refill of somthing, or just to have fun!

So the one complaint I have with the Sephora app this year is the shipping. The tracking and shipping process is so hard to use and not easy to understand.

As i’m scrolling I keep seeing things I like but when I click on them it says they’re out of stock. Why have them on there in the first place if that aren’t available??

Hi I love Sephora it’s one of my fav places to shop. But lately it won’t let me use my account it keeps telling me to sign in but it won’t let me I even tried making a new account and it still wont let me. PLEASE FIX THIS I WANNA SHOP🛍️!!

I prefer the website to the app. It is much easier to navigate and filter on the website. Also, the “Shade Finder” feature—something critical to online makeup purchases—has NEVER worked on the iPad app. It works on my iPhone and the website so I have to switch to one of those to find the right shade. I also can’t remember the last time there was a meaningful update to the app. I usually get frustrated when I have to use a website because a retailer doesn’t have an app, but in this case I choose

Why are all of our app settings being changed to reflect Canadian pricing/shopping?

Every time I tried to look at my basket it wouldn’t let me and it is pretty good I just think they should fix there basket problem
