Skelly - Art Model

This is super helpful if you’re an artist and have a hard time finding the perfect reference photo. Though I do wish you could pose the jaw bone and the individual fingers on the model, that would make this perfect. Overall it’s worth it though!

This is a fab app. Incredibly helpful and worth every penny. That said, I wish for the following: Undo last move button Rules of physics toggle (no skull in the pelvis sort of thing) Center Skelly with light or dark side up Articulated fingers/ hand only mode I truly do recommend this app for sure. My UI/X brain just never shuts off, and those are 4 things I didn’t have and needed within the first 10 minutes of using Skelly.

This has helped me understand how the body is truly shaped. Going back and forth between the mannequin and the skeleton really helped me with visual understanding of the human form.

I really expected this to be more realistic. Limited joints to move, IE there is no thoracic spine articulation. That makes poses with adjusted lumbar & cervical curves look ridiculous! Also, the joints should only be able to move within their real range of motion, not just infinitely. Essentially, poses look weird and stiff if you get away from a neutral posture. Pretty disappointed. Doubt I’ll use it much if at all unless these things are addressed…

Unfortunate that the pelvis does not move properly to relay relative motion of the pelvis and femur.
