Good app for what it is but would like to report a bug and not sure how to, when you click on report an outage, at least on iOS 26, the app just straight up crashes, and going to their website to login results in a password incorrect message even though login credentials can be saved to apple so there is no way the password is wrong.
★★★☆☆Reporting an issue, missing “back” button
When I open one of my bills from my utility, the “Back” button at the top of the screen has disappeared. I can click where it should be and it takes me back to the prior screen, but I figured the developer would want to know so you can make it appear again. I’m using iOS 26.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro.

Try to keep an eye on my winter usages, but half a day is missing here and there.

The software could be much better but they don't seem to care much for it. Basic stuff like time of use details always seems in need of repair and some of the stats are mislabeled but all works out when you already have general idea. They are good with the bills and payment info but a lot of missing potential

Unbilled usage dollar amt part of app doesn’t give a dollar figure any longer. I’ve checked it on two other’s app and it’s the same. Please fix this, it’s one of the only reasons I use the app.
