The Samsung Frame was the dream tv, and I’ve now had it for 5 years. Over that time, one of the biggest challenges has been the SmartThings app not recognizing the tv was on or loading the full app’s main screen. More consistency would be greatly appreciated.

If it didn’t have so much it’d probably be much better. It’s laggy, buggy and doesn’t really communicate well with the appliance. My TV is currently on and the app says it’s off, even though I used the app to turn it on! That’s just 1 example. Yeah, y’all got work to do.

I do not write many reviews but this app in addition to my All in One Bespoke Machine has been THE BEST investment I have made! It tells me when my load is done, when it’s low on soap, and even how to watch out certain stains. It’s excellent for my family and I. There are many more features I don’t even use because I only have the washer and dryer. But Be sure to update it when requested to get all the latest features.
