I take care of my father who has Alzheimer’s. He often forgets to turn off the stove or leaves the refrigerator door open. This app lets me know what’s going on at all times. It has saved me many times. I love it. I hope it gets better.
It's relatively confusing to setup, and can be time-consuming & difficult to pair with some devices. The organization isn't intuitive, but one can get used to it after a while. When used with Schlage Connect doorlocks, it lacks important features such as code management, and history doesn't indicate when, & which entry code was used. Overall though, it still is a relatively good option when used with Samsung Smartthing Hubs, specially that, unlike others, Samsung don't charge monthly subscrip

Easy app to use. Very organized. You can control all of your devices with this app.
Wally is almost always terrific, however, he doesn’t always go home when he’s supposed to. Now returning back but it’s not saying returning home. Maybe I gotta do it a different way.
I enjoyed using the app, especially when kids hide the remote and I can’t find it, meantime there is many futures that are useful in the app.
For better user experience add some voice control to the application. That’s would definitively deserve my five stars review. I will be waiting!
I have been unable to connect any Samsung devices to my SmartThings app since implementing WiFi 6 in my home. My soundbar nor washer and dryer will allow me to connect to the network. All troubleshooting has not resolved my issue unfortunately
I lleve my new fridge the only thing I didn’t like was that we bought an open box yes we knew it was an open box from Best Buy. But they didn’t clean it and it had mold in the bottom freezer and where the ice lands it had water Best Buy didn’t even bother to check it or clean it and when you call to talk to them and explain what is the problem they transfer you from one person to the other and really frustrating try to get someone to talk to you. But other then that it’s a good fridge.

I was disappointing to learn after setting up my new S95B Quantum Dot OLED that I couldn’t use my iPad Pro to calibrate it. What’s up with that Samsung? My current top of the line iPad isn’t good enough, but a several year old iPhone is?
Was enjoyable experience using our new washing machine for about 4 and a half months. The new update caused a crash and it is now completely unusable. AC6 error code and after having a tech come out twice to try to fix has to order parts again before Samsung will consider a warranty replacement. Useless support agents and looks like another trip to the laundromat. Not okay. Please fix this!
Since my last review, I’ve figured out how to use smart control on the washer and dryer, and now how to use the app to control them. Samsung doesn’t make things very intuitive, in my opinion. The app is clunky and cluttered. Figuring out how to update my WiFi was comical. Turns out you have to go through troubleshooting to get to the place where you can update your WiFi network. That makes no sense to me. I don’t need to troubleshoot- I know what the problem is.
Love the ease to add most devices, although struggling to add my Samsung TV, which makes no sense as it is logged into the same account. I wish we had a better interface for the switches to make it look nicer.
My entire second home is outfitted with SmartThings. They are reliable and efficient. I am a big fan.
I bought some Kwikset z-wave locks and paired them with SmartThings. I love all of the automation I can do!
App is great BUT when I go tap the middle to select a show or app … some times a mouse pops up and scrolls and no longer Lets me select apps it just high lights them .
I switched my security and home automation to Smart Things after IRIS decided to end operation. It has been great so far and easy to set up. After 6 months of us - I am still finding things it does. And it does a lot. Very please with SmartThings

Almost a 5-star. But the touchpad “tap to select” doesn’t work. It should do the same as the “OK” on the “123” screen. But because it doesn’t, the touchpad is essentially worthless. Fix this and you get 5 stars. Don’t fix it and I’ll probably uninstall the app.
Great app, easy to manipulate
I like using the app to preheat my oven and set a timer. The only thing I dislike is that it will send you the same notification 3 or 4 times back to back. Don’t think that’s really necessary. Haven’t used it for the cooktop yet
3 stars for not having dark mode. Too bright.

We’ve multiple Samsung items and I love getting the notifications when my washer and dryers are done, from any of our tvs in case we miss it on our phones. The app syncs to wifi and the items in real time, no complaints!
Hub has been easy to establish Zwave network.

Frame Keeps Disconnecting
When it works, it is great. It crashes more than I would like. Most of the time, it shows offline.
And error prone. If I crop using the app the images display as white. Some crops don’t work like the preview. Preview doesn’t match image displayed during editing. I bought the specific TV so I could display my photos and have spent way too much time trying to get it to work with only intermittent success.
