With the new update to the app, even if logged in, you are directed to a browser to purchase anything - bags, upgrades, etc. To purchase you have to login AGAIN. Every. Time. And none of your information will populate in any of the fields once logged in. Might as well just skip the app if you need to purchase anything to do with a flight

There is no feeling or difference to the Hawaiian service. I dont feel like im on vacation when i fly sw. Hawaiian i do
