Way toooooooo small and busy, same as it was 15 years ago!!!
When it’s time to check in something is not right. I hit the button at exactly 24 hours before and I still get high boarding numbers. Terrible

I'm so happy that I finally used my vacation credits that never expire this time to come visit family on San Diego. Im so happy my 500 credit never expired. I've made multiple changes since 2022 to my trip plans and finally it came in handy at the perfect tim. I will book southwest again thanks!

Always an easy process from purchasing tickets to checking in online. Friendly and helpful employees from the check in desk to the flight attendants. Love that you include free bags. Thank you Southwest!
It would be nice if there was an email / text sent when its time for check in. I absolutely love flying southwest the staff is always so pleasant and attentive.
I hit my retrieve reservation button after 2 seconds of my check in time and got B37. What the heck?

What is the point of setting your alarm in the middle of the morning to check in at the exact moment you can check in and you still get the very last section in the last seat on the plane very annoying

Southwest is far behind delta and united on the check in process for international. Once everything is entered with the others, all you have to do is have your passport ready as you board. Please catch up!

Southwest’s is the greatest! I like the variety of times for nonstop and some are cheaper than flights with one or two stops. I’ve always experienced smooth landings and the flight attendants are personable. Southwest is my first choice in flying. Some airlines are cheaper but they just can’t compare to Southwests. An added bonus is two suitcases FREE. …how can you beat that?

I needed to change my reservation 3X’s and was always greeted with polite beautiful people! No charge, in fact I got a voucher for future travel! Yeah SW. I love you!

I am so sorry to write this review late, I was traveling to San Antonio TX from Omaha NE We have to change our flight @ Houston airport I just started walking from one gate to another al off suddenly I got very bad cramps I couldn’t walk Than My husband went to nearby counter for help Nobody came by waited for while Than LAKESHA Customer Service Agent came She came took me in Wheelchair to Gate , Gates was from one end to another end, Again Thank You So Much for Wonderful Service.
My password app accidentally submitted credentials for my husbands account and I cannot find a way to log him out or switch to my account. Quick searches for instructions are coming up with nothing helpful

I travel Southwest because they out rank the others. Southwest is my favorite airline.
Flights are delayed too often. One trip to Boston was canceled after making the passengers wait till midnight. Refund was given only for the cancelled bwi to Boston flight. Flight credit was given for the return flight from boston which wasn’t fair

I find that southwest.com makes it super easy to book flights, and change then when necessary.

Although our plane was delayed, we were notified with enough time to make a change and fly out early the next morning. If we get out tomorrow am our trip will only be mildly affected. I was flying with a dog and they accommodated that change as well.
Hey. With all the trash talking the last week against Southwest, I just want to let you know I appreciate the way Southwest runs their business and I expect that Southwest will only get better from this experience. Rock on!
In most instances, the SWA app is solid. However, the app could not overcome SWA’s larger December 2022 fiasco; no real-time alerts, ability to rebook — currently, I can’t even log into my profile. SWA’s tech stack and internal infrastructure is in desperate need of modernization and better organization. Time to overhaul systems. And, senior leadership.
I travel frequently and this app makes my life a lot easier. I have used many other airline apps and I would say this one is most efficient and easiest to use for me
When I book a flight that includes a layover, southwest.com shows the departure time and the arrival time for the first flight, and the arrival time for the second flight, but it doesn’t show the departure time for the second flight. I need to know the length of the layover so I can plan my trip.
