The app works ok, a little glitchy here and there… one big issue is if you load money onto the app at one location you cant use it at a different location!🤦🏾♀️… so now I have money on the app that I can only use in Michigan but I just relocated to Tennessee! The customer service person told me I would have to contact the owner of the laundromat in Michigan…(i would think he would be able to access the owner’s info faster than I would) 🤷🏾♀️… just one big “run around “! I hope they come up with
