We need a rewards program.

I wish there was a way to stop the machines from the app. I understand why the machines lock, but the amount of times I’ve left something in my pockets before starting the machine and then immediately realized I left my headphones or a key card in my pants is crazy and I can’t even do anything about it

It needs to be cleaned all day long. At night it gets backed up.

A very clean place , love the employees. It is a very honest place and the owners are great too.

My phone number is incorrect on app. Tried to edit but would not allow. How to fix??

This place has become our go to spot to wash. They’re SUPER CLEAN! The water gets extremely hot my clothes don’t feel this clean and washed anywhere else.

The staff is awesome, always clean and well taken care of. Also like the coins added to phones for use from bank card. Makes it so easy to start the machines than getting a notice that machines done. So if I’m sitting in my car enjoying a smoke or a nap

Make them more smart and make them work with Amazon Alexa it is good but could be improved

The app is bare, there’s no easy way to contact any form of support. I also would call it misleading, when starting a washer or dryer; it says you’ll get reward credits but I’ve never even seen one cent reward back for using this app at the laundromat.

Nice staff and clean facilities.

Credit card transactions work but, I get an error with Apple Pay. Notifications are not always timely. I wish it had a map or directory of all the laundromats in the area that work with it.

The app works ok, a little glitchy here and there… one big issue is if you load money onto the app at one location you cant use it at a different location!🤦🏾‍♀️… so now I have money on the app that I can only use in Michigan but I just relocated to Tennessee! The customer service person told me I would have to contact the owner of the laundromat in Michigan…(i would think he would be able to access the owner’s info faster than I would) 🤷🏾‍♀️… just one big “run around “! I hope they come up with

Great customer service place super clean

This app makes it really convenient to get laundry done. The only thing is that I wish you could find nearby locations that accept the app within the app itself. I have a laundromat nearby that I go to usually, but there are times they’re super busy and I would try another location if I knew I could still use the app. But as it is now you’re bound to that one location unless you just go and find out for yourself.

At my laundromat it works perfectly, and the ability to have the entire settings for the washer and dryer on your phone makes it very useful. The rewards are great as well.

Not letting me add another card because there’s too many on file and then not letting me remove a card for the new one. Also no access to support
