The app is down today, won’t let me remove car location/ leave my spot for a new one. Keep getting errors. Why am I paying $30 for an app that doesn’t work when I need it to. Reached out to support and they haven’t gotten back to me… not a great sign

Seemed like a pretty cool tool to find free parking in NYC for the weekend. I trusted the info from the app but came back to a $115 parking ticket. It would have been cheaper to just park in a garage :(
★★★★☆Parking reservations are not honored.
We used the app to reserve parking at a garage near my hospital for a procedure. When we got there, the garage said they were full, they don’t care that we had a reservation. We had to quickly find another, more expensive garage to arrive in time for my procedure.
UPDATE: The company apologized and got us a quick refund. We will chalk this up to an opportunistic garage in NYC. The experience was bad, but the resolution was Spot on (pun intended)
