Pretty accurate app

This app is amazing and deserves a definite 5 star

It’s a good app. I used to use it a lot. But with constant rule change in San Francisco, this app is not keeping up. Just now Lombard and Fillmore, app says tow away at 4pm, but I searched the whole street, there is no sign for that, just a sign for 6-8am Tues and Thur street cleaning. There are other times I have used it too but signs have changed in other parts of the city. I still use it to get a general idea of parking around the area I’m going to. Although it’s not 100% always accurate, spot angels has helped me get parking and to plan my visits. Thanks for all the avoided parking tickets!

We used the app to reserve parking at a garage near my hospital for a procedure. When we got there, the garage said they were full, they don’t care that we had a reservation. We had to quickly find another, more expensive garage to arrive in time for my procedure. UPDATE: The company apologized and got us a quick refund. We will chalk this up to an opportunistic garage in NYC. The experience was bad, but the resolution was Spot on (pun intended)

Can’t even remove my last parked location which is a PITA because the map keeps going to that spot

I been using this app for more than 2 years i believe and i love it !! I would give it a 5 star but I would love to see that your location can move with you that way while im looking for parking i know if that area i can park or not

This app hasn’t let me down yet, the UI could use some work, a small learning curve but overall this is a good app that deserves more attention.

The app is down today, won’t let me remove car location/ leave my spot for a new one. Keep getting errors. Why am I paying $30 for an app that doesn’t work when I need it to. Reached out to support and they haven’t gotten back to me… not a great sign

Seemed like a pretty cool tool to find free parking in NYC for the weekend. I trusted the info from the app but came back to a $115 parking ticket. It would have been cheaper to just park in a garage :(

I had previously found this app to be useful but came out this morning to find my car towed because the app didn’t show the correct parking restrictions. Lesson learned—check the signage instead of relying on this app.
