User Reviews and Ratings

★★★★★ Breath-work Coach

As a breath-work coach and meditator, this app not only helps me to improve my breath holding capacity but improves my mental wellbeing.

★★★★★ Exactly what I was looking for!

Simple, easy to use, and is helping me take better control of my breath. I highly recommend!

★★★★★ Works great.

Solid app. Lots of flexibility in specifying tables. Easy to use. Had some problems with the heart rate monitor disconnecting but this was due to low sensor battery. Many sensors provide battery level. May be good for the app to check it and alert the user. Also, in the history heart rate view, when I click the chart for details, the BPM label is misspelled as “bmp”.

★★★★★ Ideal for training

The ideal app for me when I go to design my own breath holding routines. There are co2 and o2 tables and more. Highly recommend!
