I have found this quintessential not only for athletic growth, but for my character development
Straight forward to use and keeps getting better. Can’t recommend enough.
Hi, I love the app! Only issue is that I can’t get the SpO2 measurements to work. I have connected an apple watch ultra and the heart rate data shows up just fine. Any suggestions?
Es un app excelente y fácil de usar.
I started with a 2:02 minute hold before training with the app. A couple weeks in and my breath hold is 3:04 now. I truly believe this app can help me reach my target of 7:00 one day if I keep up with it.
Decent app, issue in the personal best feature. Probably benefit from a designated "end/skip" button on the personal best feature. Seems to not recognize the taps more often than not leaving you with an inaccurate measurement.
Mindfulness, Cardio assist, breath training, and just a great way to end my day. Really enjoy this app. It’s price point is great and beats most other annoying breathing apps out there
Great app, easy to use and clean interface. Only wish I could get heart rate synced with my garmin watch.
Super useful for building endurance and confidence for the pool events used in special warfare training pipelines. Recommending to all fellow candidates and wannabes XD
Love this app amazing
I’ve been using STAmina for about a week now and have already seen a 1 minute increase on my breath holds. This is an easy way to keep you motivated to improve your breathless. I am using this app to increase my time at the bottom while spearfishing.
Love the app. Chances of integration with Apple Watch? Would love to see a simple app that could run the tables on the watch
All you need in an apnea training app for a great price.
Love this app as its much better than the stopwatch I was using previously, however I wish I could edit PRs as I fell asleep once doing training and now my PR is 1.5 hrs. Makes looking at historical data pretty worthless haha. Notifications would be cool too as I try to train daily. Oh and no integration with garmin devices? Really?
It’s refreshing to use an app that works perfectly as it should! STAmina Apnea training adds the 3rd leg to respiratory system training - the biochemistry/physiology.
This app works well but would like to see Apple Watch integration for heart rate and SPO2
Title says it all. The app is awesome. I use it as dry practice for my dives
In two weeks I’ve gone from max breath hold of 1min 7sec to 2min 20sec.. and I’ve only be casually using the app. My only criticism is that it’s not compatible with very many vitals monitoring tools. I thought it would surely work with a smart watch.. nope. Go to the ? In the app to find devices it works with.
But this app starts so gently and assuredly I’m warning to the challenge
I really appreciate this app! Having all of the tables generated for you and the leading of the actual breathing table exercises is fantastic. Enjoy everyone! I also love that it is a one time payment, thanks for that developers! 🌬🙏🧘♂️🫁
While designed for free divers, I use this for my endurance/triathlon training. Excellent tool for mastering breath holds. I love that it can integrate HR and SpO2 data with an inexpensive finger monitor. Would love to be able to pull data from my watch (app can’t do that, yet) but I suspect the problem lies with Apple.
Well designed and perfect for my breath-hold training
An otherwise great app but this makes it difficult to use. For instance If I get halfway through an O2 training session and something comes up, I can only cancel the session and start all over. Burning an O2 session breathup length shouldn’t matter so even if you are a real hardcore you should be able to pause. So half the time I just end up using the timer on my phone or watch. Wish I hadn’t spent the money.
This app is incredibly helpful for increasing hold time. Before I started using the app I could hold my breath for 1 minute and 47 seconds. After practicing on a regular basis for the last month, I just logged my personal best of 4 minutes and 7 seconds. I am super stoked, and look forward to continuing my progress. Thank you STAmina!
Great tool to help you master your breath and breath holds when you can’t get wet.
Overall customizable and great features. I wish they would support more pulse oximeters, because I tried two that didn’t work with the app
Worth the $7 any day. Great app
This app is helping me learn proper breathing and In one week I’ve already increased my breath hold by double compared to before, highly recommend
Was recommended this app because I was hoping to increase my breath holding as I’m in the water a lot. By doing the exercises I’ve increased from 50 seconds to 2:39 in less than a week. My original goal was 3 minutes. I expect to hit that very soon.
