I still haven’t heard back from anyone, but they did send out an update that fixed it. I really do appreciate it being fixed. This is one of my favorite watch faces that I have.
*Original-I can’t get a hold of anyone about this app. The face will not refresh for show the new steps. No matter what I have done for the past week. I just wish someone would get back to me

I had a hiccup with the app after a recent iOS update; for some reason, my pup kept getting removed from my Apple Watch face. I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful! Really nice to have an app with accessible and productive customer service 😊
