Navdeep S Rai, M.D. M.S. is amazing. Got right in do a scan as I had memory lose due to stress or stroke. I’m 45 so I can’t imagine having a stroke by it worried me. ★★☆☆☆Too complicated, too many categories!
The app is somewhat helpful but appointments and important information gets buried in odd places. If provider isn’t going to add info to the appointment, they could enter “no notes”.

Poor. Conflicting messages from not specified “WHICH. MYCHART” They “assume” which my chart I am supposed to be in

Since the redesign of the my health app, it is less user-friendly and I do not enjoy the messaging system at all. I liked the ability to simply click the message button and see all messages. Whereas now they are harder to find, and it is not always clear where to go.I preferred the way it used to look compared to the current interface.
