Sutter Health My Health Online App Reviews

It would be nice to be able to proactively upload personal photos of medical issues more easily here. That is the one insane thing that is sorely lacking on this application for communications with my physicians and care providers with Sutter.

My Sutter Health online is very helpful and easy to navigate. I’m not very computer savvy but I can get through this ap with ease. Thank you, Patricia p.s. the physician’s I see are Dr. Domingues-Jones and Dr. Christina Guzman. Both are awesome and make me feel like I’m their only patient!!

My Health On line is not providing information like a; there is no direct contact to the primary physician. Maybe it needs to modify the My health on line in order for the seniors will be able to access with on problem.

It’s great! Super easy to manage and view results or appointments.

I wish MHO allow me to send a message to several or all of my care team. I’ve dealt with a frustratingly difficult infection with wide ranging ramifications that I would like input from several specialists. I suppose that’s contrary to HIPA guidelines.

Downloaded app seems fine but wondering why location settings needs to be on always instead of when using for appointment arrival feature.

Navigating is extremely simple and well organized. Great App!!

The app generally works well, but the login is missing a Face ID option.

I appreciate being able to review immediate results and notes, especially from multiple agencies and doctors/practitioners/labs. Thank you!

One of the most helpful app I have on my mobile devices. I like the reminders and I specially like waiting list feature. Great time management

This app is really fantastic. Making appointments, tracking upcoming appointments, seeing aftercare notes, talking with healthcare providers etc. is seamless! It is easy to see prescriptions and ask for renewals. It's one of the best designed and most reliable apps I've used.

I like the way I don’t have to wait for my doctor to call and let me know about the test I’ve taken. I can check it out myself online. Very simple to use. I really like this app.

Took an EKG with Dr Woods. I just got the results and I tapped the results which showed me a chart which the chart did not show if this result was in the range or negative . Have got to show more

It would be nice to be able to reply to messages to my health team without it being grayed out and not able to reply. There should also be someone that I can talk to about something that was incorrectly entered on my chart. The app should be like other providers portals where you can communicate with your team and not what is just convenient for them. Also people don't want an app for everything, some of us don't have room on a phone for all of these apps.
