I have been using the sweat app for a little over five years now and I absolutely love it. I used the BBG program to get in shape for my wedding, then I used the strengthening post partum workouts after I had my four children and now I am easing back into working out with the yoga program and will move to strength training exercises as well. I have changed so much over these past few years and Sweat has been able to offer me a program to use during each phase of my life which has been fantastic.

❤️SWEAT! Have used the SWEAT app for two years now and it has kept me motivated to exercise regularly. There are a variety of programs to follow and many on demand workouts making it fun to use. I am 51 and have never really liked exercising until SWEAT, now I use it at least 5 days per week, and love to exercise now. It has helped me keep toned, I have lost weight, and I am much stronger.
