Amazing

This changed my life, mood and my health. I love it

Love it!

Everything is laid out for me. It’s so simple just to follow the guide.

Really does work

Ive been an athlete all my life, this app keeps me in shape and has visible results. Workouts at times can be redundant and there could be some advances to the user experience, but overall I like it. Can work it into any schedule. I don’t follow the food recommendations, but they seem pretty helpful and tasty.

Kayla BBG high intensity

Have been doing BBG workouts since 2015 and it completely changed my life and strength. I was a college swimmer than just ran miles miles etc but never saw a change in my body. The weights and hitt aspect has made me finally have muscle and my ideal body I was trying to score while being home with two little ones!

This app is the best for working out at home, gym, practically anywhere. If you’re a beginner or advanced it works for everyone!!!

Changed my life

I love this app! I spent a lot of years trying to find a fitness regiment that worked for me. Finally I found the SWEAT program and it helped me get in shape and stay in shape. I love the workouts, variety, and ability to do it from home. Highly recommend!

Lots of options; good content

I love how many program options there are (especially Pilates, which can be hard to find). I haven’t tried anything yet, but Power seems to be programmed thoughtfully based on sound science re: hypertrophy.

Best fitness app

Completely recommend! I’ve been training with this app for two years and absolutely love it. From post pregnancy to strength training, it has been great. Includes recipes and a doable routine.

This is a great app and I love how I can pick from other type of exercises if I choose. Some days I like to do strength training and other days yoga.

I’ve been using the app for a while now. Little over a year since post baby, seeing progress!! I do really like it. Sometime it is glitchy like it all have me doing 20 reps, 10 each side on something that requires both limbs, it a big deal.

I could go on and on about how amazing this app is. It’s changed my life in so many ways. I love the wide array of workouts and the fact that your workouts and rest days are scheduled for you: I also love the meal ideas! It makes the nutrition side of fitness a lot easier to navigate. Anytime I get asked what kind of workouts I do or what I do to stay fit, I ALWAYS credit this app.

Best workout app I’ve used

I have given a lot of different fitness apps a go, and this is by far the best one. I keep coming back to it and they continue to improve the app and add variety to the workout plans. The workouts are engaging, the plans easy to follow, and the updates have made it really easy to use in conjunction with Spotify (which I’ve run into issues with in the past).

This app is great for step by step instructions and it is even like a personal trainer in my opinion!

This app changed my life!!

Since I’ve been using this app which has only been a bit over 2 months, I can see progress made already in how my body looks which brings up my confidence. The exercises are hardcore but so easy to understand, they even show you exactly how to do the exercise and what equipment you need depending on your availability. You also have the option of no equipment and exercises for either your home or a Gym. Oh and if you need a bit more motivation they have a bunch of playlists that go with the worko

The Only Thing That Has Actually Got Me To Workout

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. The workouts mix things up enough that the time passes quickly. I’m constantly being exposed to new moves. Lots of options for people working out from their home (like me). The programs keep me organized and make me feel like I’m working towards something, which encourages me to stick to a schedule. The quick workouts help me stick to that schedule even during the busy weeks, and the targeted area workouts are helping me accomplish my specific workout goals. Just renewed

This app is great especially if you need a baseline for learning new workouts and new moves properly. I like the variety of workouts and programs. There’s something for everyone!

I love this app! I’m a pretty unmotivated person, but there are plenty of workouts on here to choose from so you can find what works best for you. Having goals to meet each week helps me feel like I’m accomplishing something and motivates me to keep going.

Love that I am doing it along side my sister and niece, we share our workouts and help each other stay motivated. I love the 20 minute workouts! They are perfect after a run and before the work day begins

Wonderful app!! Love the variety, only wish the notifications actually worked? Mine never reminds me to work out, just reminds me to turn in notifications, which I do almost daily 😅 otherwise, I love it!!! Had it over a year!!

Thank goodness for SWEAT!

My gym has been closed for months due to COVID-19. I don’t know what I would have done if it wasn’t for the SWEAT app. Not only has it kept me in shape, but I’ve actually seen improved results since starting it, compared to my normal workout routine at the gym. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is willing to be consistent and put in the work.

I’ve been using sweat app for over 1.5 years and I genuinely love it. I am slowly working through the programs. Chontel’s style of training is so good. Love having Cass’s cross fit approach as well.
