★★★★☆Takes money but doesn’t complete order
The app is convenient and I appreciate the rewards. I’ve had some payment issues with it taking money from my debit card then sending an error message stating “there was a hiccup in the payment process” but the funds do return in about an hours time. Also doesnt allow me to add a reward to my order sometime stating that I haven’t reached the minimum purchase threshold which is always listed at $5 but I would have $10-$20 in my cart. Not aire whats up with that but otherwise its a convenient app

The app’s been broken for a while now every time I try to add something to the card it doesn’t work. It doesn’t do anything. I thought maybe if I deleted it and reinstall it, but still it doesn’t work to the point where I stopped eating Taco Bell because of it because all your good deals are online and through the app
★★☆☆☆Logging back in is impossible
I can’t get back logged in. It just keeps sending me a link. I click on emailed link and it says I’m already logged in. Only option is to log out. I did enjoy this app for ordering in advance but not if I can’t get in. Also when trying to get the daily deals between certain hours it wouldn’t show up in my cart. Gave up on that a long time ago. Too many things wrong with this app. Not worth the headache

App now requires you to use email on phone in order to log in and order. Bummer for those who don’t use email on their cell phone.

Not much to say - the app regularly just poops out. I keep trying to load one of the online exclusives and it gives me a white screen. This happens all the time. App and phone up to date, restarted app etc and still no good. Been like this for years
