★★☆☆☆Logging back in is impossible
I can’t get back logged in. It just keeps sending me a link. I click on emailed link and it says I’m already logged in. Only option is to log out. I did enjoy this app for ordering in advance but not if I can’t get in. Also when trying to get the daily deals between certain hours it wouldn’t show up in my cart. Gave up on that a long time ago. Too many things wrong with this app. Not worth the headache

App now requires you to use email on phone in order to log in and order. Bummer for those who don’t use email on their cell phone.

Not much to say - the app regularly just poops out. I keep trying to load one of the online exclusives and it gives me a white screen. This happens all the time. App and phone up to date, restarted app etc and still no good. Been like this for years

DO NOT USE THE LATER PICKUP OPTION!!!!!!!
I placed my order at 5:13pm to pick up at 6:45pm at a location and when I arrived my food was already made and sitting down at the pick station I was told by a worker that on their end it does not show up a time for pick up but the app gives you the option to choose a later pick up time I asked the worker if they can remake it so it can be warm but they did not want to.
