Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery App Reviews

Not much to say - the app regularly just poops out. I keep trying to load one of the online exclusives and it gives me a white screen. This happens all the time. App and phone up to date, restarted app etc and still no good. Been like this for years

So I went through the drive-thru at Apollo Beach, Florida #033297 and although it was very busy, I had the most pleasant experience with Diana L. on 10/24/24. It looks like Order Number 315 Order d7e997 I don’t understand this new app and how to give her five out of five stars, or whatever the top score is. I added your rewards app and now that’s the only site I can get to. So I just wanted to give kudos thank you Lance LS

DO NOT USE THE LATER PICKUP OPTION!!!!!!! I placed my order at 5:13pm to pick up at 6:45pm at a location and when I arrived my food was already made and sitting down at the pick station I was told by a worker that on their end it does not show up a time for pick up but the app gives you the option to choose a later pick up time I asked the worker if they can remake it so it can be warm but they did not want to.

I like your food when it is fresh but man it app needs a faster ui so many overlays it's crazy. I doubt the devs actually test the app throughout

The deals you can get on the app make it worth while. I was lazy one day so I chose to explore the delivery option and they wanted a 6 dollar delivery fee. I was already planning on tipping 5 dollars to the actual driver. I live less than 10 minutes away from Taco Bell. We all know DoorDash is gonna take that order anyways so that 6 dollar fee is beyond ridiculous. I want to know how much of that goes to the driver so I can accurately tip. I just chose to drive myself. Saved myself 11 bucks :D

All the other fast food apps could learn from this app. Other fast food apps are buggy, limited, and ridiculously difficult to use. Taco Bell figured it out. Easy to change location which is very important. Always some special or silly challenge to get you to eat more tacos. I’m ok with that! I never write reviews but this is one of the few I didn’t delete after being frustrated.

I love all food apps I just wish there was an option for paying with cash i like carrying some cash more then using my card

I just updated the app, hopefully it helps with the glitches. The app is good for being able to customize your meals. The menu options are all there and prices are with each item, showing the up charge for each thing you’d like to add. Very good app overall. 4/5 stars because the app glitched when I tried to order, if it stops after the update I’ll change it to 5/5. have a great day :)

Placed an order and noticed the re-designed UI. It’s a nice upgrade and east to read.

I can’t check out and can’t add a new payment method. Apple Pay goes through but the app won’t process the order. My bank account gets charged and then reimbursed.

I really like this app it’s totally cool!

This app is making me update to an older version, which I am unable to use because then it wants me to update to a newer version which is not available. I normally would give this five stars. Since I can’t use it, I’m dropping it to three.

If you have a physical gift card it is impossible to add it to the app. You can mash the ‘add’ gift card button all day at the payment screen but it will not work. Please fix.

Overall, the app design and execution is well done; I have been experiencing crashes and the app has been freezing as well. I don’t know if it is just me and my phone (which it shouldn’t be because I have the iPhone 12), or it’s the app.

If it were possible to remove items as choices if they are not available at a location before getting to the cart, that would be great. Otherwise, the app works great.

i’m happy for the perks that come with this app: the convenience, rewards, and extended menu. however it glitches pretty frequently. it will randomly freeze and/or sign me out

This app is easy to use and provide incentive when making purchases.

Works just as advertised. What more could you want. Plus by using the app, you get specials.

Love the app overall, ease of ordering makes getting food a breeze. The main thing I think there’s a problem with is being able to update account. Would be nice to be able to have the option to change email address.

Excellent service and always right every time!

I can’t get back logged in. It just keeps sending me a link. I click on emailed link and it says I’m already logged in. Only option is to log out. I did enjoy this app for ordering in advance but not if I can’t get in. Also when trying to get the daily deals between certain hours it wouldn’t show up in my cart. Gave up on that a long time ago. Too many things wrong with this app. Not worth the headache

App now requires you to use email on phone in order to log in and order. Bummer for those who don’t use email on their cell phone. I enjoyed app prior yo this.

Today my wife and I both tried to order, we hit an issue with payment processing (I tried Apple Pay and entered a new saved credit card), regardless error each time.

I go to order delivery and i press checkout and it just goes to a blank white screen and it wont load anything

I was very dissatisfied when I parked and I tried to use a coupon from the last purchase that I have made. It was after 12am I tried to place an order and the app didn’t allow me to order it even though the restaurant was open until 3AM!
