I had a bonus offer today that I activated and then it said applied in cart. When I got to check out I scanned my barcode from the app and when I went to pay the bonus had not been used. I looked in the app and it was no longer activated. I asked for an employee for help and I activated it again and then he had me scan my barcode again and I watched it deactivate in the app. No longer said applied in cart and it was still there of course
