I had a bonus offer today that I activated and then it said applied in cart. When I got to check out I scanned my barcode from the app and when I went to pay the bonus had not been used. I looked in the app and it was no longer activated. I asked for an employee for help and I activated it again and then he had me scan my barcode again and I watched it deactivate in the app. No longer said applied in cart and it was still there of course This is the second time in the last couple months that thi

I love the target app!! I have used it for years and it makes it so easy to look up items in the store, access my target wallet, and to see if items are in stock or not. I appreciate how up-to-date and sleek it looks. Super helpful!

I have not been able to use Drive Up Returns for at leadt a month. I get a message saying "there are no returns or orders at this store".

I love shopping at target because they make it so simple. I had the option of having my items delivered to my door or I can pick up my ordered items at the store — they actually come out to my vehicle to deliver my package. Or, if I have the time, I can enjoy shopping inside. It is a win-win.

My app won’t load since the last update. I get the ‘cuddle” screen and then it just spins.

I always have trouble getting the sales associates to scan my digital barcode on my app because it's so small. Neither me or the cashier could zoom in to make it bigger. I don't always have my paper receipt with me so adding this feature would be a great help

Not letting me get notifications for in stock

I love this app so much. It makes purchasing for a household of 6 + 4 pets a total breeze. No more chaotic trips through the store with 4 greedy groin gremlins in tow! (Can you even blame them, though? It’s Target! 😍)

I miss the one percent back reward. It would add up to about a dollar each time and then I used to be able to click on it and apply it to my next purchase. Now every time I check out, I look and there is nothing and no reward from the time before. Why did they take that away, I wonder…

Buying stuff online or in store is a breeze! That’s why If i need stuff esp clothes..it’s my go-to store!

I’ve loved this app as much as the store itself but for the past few months dating back to last year, it’s been very disappointing. In the app, every item on the Shipping option shows as being in stock when only some are and a lot are not. Also the Pickup and Delivery options never show my local store having items in stock. The overall design of this app is outstanding. Very easy to navigate. Menu and options are well organized. Aesthetics of the app is top notched. All the promotions, payment methods, and order status are easy to find and selected. I would 6 stars to the developers. Really nice job!

It’s incredibly frustrating when a delivery is cancelled, when there is a specific item in stock, and can be added to the cart as a deliverable item - but Target cancels it because there are only so many of this item in stock at the store. What is the difference if I send a shopper versus myself being present in the store to purchase the item? I would say that delivery from Target only works about 70% of the time and I question placing orders, almost every time I use the App.

To the developer. Please do not make us live thru an advertisement when all i want to do is open the app and add something to the shopping cart. It is annoying and frustrating. Almost to the point of target losing my business. When i open the app i want to get to the main page - not see the cuddle / buddle/ pet splashscreen for 2-5 seconds.

Since the iOS update, the app won’t connect despite being connected to WiFi and/or using cellular data. Kinda useless if it doesn’t load!

Please add the feature to modify the number of an item before adding it to cart. For example, if I want to add two items, I first need to add the item to the cart, then update the quantity. It would be much more efficient if I could select the quantity upfront, then add to the cart to reduce loading time.

It doesn’t realize if someone already has a membership and instead tries to sell you one.

Target’s app was initially great. Now it’s buggy and slow. Keeps getting stuck with “Retry” on screen. Unable to purchase last three times I tried to use it.
