★★☆☆☆ Never works correctly
The find my shuttle and pick me up feature never works anymore. It will say go to a pick up area when I’m already in one. Another thing that bothers me is you can only extend reservations…. You can never make one shorter. That is really frustrating since I’m traveling for work and some jobs may end earlier than expected.

I love the prepay option! Multiple locations available near airport and staff are helpful with loading/unloading! We’ve never had to wait very long during busy travel times!

Mostly love the app, but it claims it lets dispatch know when you are at Terminal 2, but there’s about a 15 min delay. When I finally called they said they had just dispatched a van. Watched several vans go to and from Terminal 1 on app. Frustrating

This is so easy & convenient. Shuttle is quick and gets you to the airport right away. I like this better than uber because I know my luggage will fit! The App makes it easier to track the shuttle when returning from airport.
