The app is great for checking prices and booking. The biggest issue is that more often than not you cannot send for a pick up on the app, you have to call.
I have used this several times and if your a Veteran or Active sign up for discount. We take advantage of the covered parking.
This app does what it is designed to do. It needs a way to enter the actual spot number (D-103, for example) into the app rather than relying on handwritten cards at pickup/dropoff.
All aspects of services were simple and smooth. I prepaid for the south lot off University/143. Easy. Shuttle to sky harbor was waiting as SOON as I parked. 5-6min to curb drop off terminal 3. Returning: Once I de-planed…open app, request shuttle. GPS located me instantly and dispatched shuttle. I only waited on curb for 3minutes. It was 3 days before 4th of July, so the airport wasn’t very busy. But I have zero complaints and the price was as low as you can find anywhere.
The best parts of traveling via air: Dropping my car off, being picked up by the best shuttle drivers in the world and picking up my car. At 4am I’m not at my best- but these people are. Friendly, efficient and helpful. At the end of a long trip I’m rumpled and probably grumpy. Seeing the parking spot shuttle pull up puts me in a good mood. By the time I’m in my car I’m smiling. Thanks guys. You have an awesome team!
I used the parking spot for the first time and found the people so helpful. Alberto was so kind on the phone, Louis helped with turning off tolls and the gentleman from New Hampshire who brought me to the airport couldn’t have been nicer. Great team!
I've been using the Parking Spot in this app for a few years and I'm still befuddled by the fact that there is no place within the app to scan a drivers poster to tip them within the app and add that tip to your final bill. It goes outside of the app into your browser where you have to type in your credit card information becauseit won't sync with iPhone and the credit card storage. It absolutely can be done.
Not all the parking lots have qr readers. I had a reservation at US Park at Middlebelt at the Detroit airport and was told it was NOT a US Park reservation. It states clearly that I paid in advance for parking at this lot and gives the option for touchless exit, which I did, and I was told by the attendants that they do not honor this App. And could not scan the barcode. What a frustrating 20 minutes trying to iron that out. No more parking spot… shoulda stayed park n fly.
I had to make 3 reservations back to back for travel over the next few months, and it was easy and user-friendly.
So far I’ve only ever used the Parking Spot app to leave my car at Newark (EWR) for 5 days. The app was awesome and you could literally see exactly where the shuttle was and when it was coming when get back and are ready to pick up your car. We were able to see that the shuttle was at the terminal before us and quickly got over to the pick up area just as the shuttle was pulling up. It was great. Very happy with the app and the parking spot in general, but again this was my personal experience u
App works great. Should add an area to record the parking location instead of the cards. Also, add a feature to allow tipping the driver from the app.
I regularly use the app and have not had any issues. In fact I’ve gotten most of my fellow workers to use this site/app when they travel, since it so easy to use. Love they pick you up and drop you off at your car. There’s a fridge with bottle water at the exit. You just scan the app to pay/leave.
I like the app and it works well with iPhone and wallet. Neat feature I discovered, if your shuttle is not at the pickup location at the airport just open to see where’s my shuttle. When you do this it alerts the team to dispatch a shuttle to your pickup location. This works well at MCO Orlando.
The app doesn’t let you modify a reservation instead it takes you to the make a reservation page.
Need to add the ability to enter my parking spot location in case I lose my paper ticket.
I’ve been with The Parking Soot for over 10 years and have always got the best service. The app has been a great enhancement. It’s easy to use and helps if you don’t like to use a paper copy.
Decent app with just enough practical features to be usable. Please fix this issue: cards in wallet for reservations become hidden after the reservation begins and have to be unhidden in order to check out from parking. The card in wallet should not be hidden automatically until after the return date, not after the start date. The current method makes it hard for app users to check out when exiting parking.

I prepaid once and saved a pittance. When my plans changed I got hammered with a higher rate, much higher. They were definitely taking advantage of the situation. Never again! Just make your reservation and pay when you leave. I felt personally violated and taken advantage of by what they did - the surcharge was ridiculous for a minor change.
This app will spam your notification screen with regular promotional material. While it allows you to opt of of promotional emails it does not provide this option for mobile notifications. My work around is to delete the app and only install it in the moments I may decide to use their service. An opt out function is a pretty easy thing for the company to correct, so the failure to provide it demonstrates a lack of basic customer respect. I do not recommend the Parking Spot.
App requires that I select a state, but that field is greyed out and won’t allow me to select my state. Also, what year are you asking for? Vehicle or plate expiration? What happens if I park with my reservation but haven’t been able to add a vehicle to my account?
Cannot get notice alert-(the number 2 to go away)-have loaded and reloaded app several times. Also cannot enter state for vehicle reg. to update my car. OK for making reservations and using to get in and out of the lot. Use the app a couple of times a month. Wish there was a way to reg my parking spot without having to keep track of little piece of paper. I usually take a pic, but would be nice if app just “knew”.
There's no support available for app. No Contact Us on website either. I have a red '1' on the app that would indicate there's a message, but there's no way to find the message. The Contact button on app only calls the parking facility-there's no tech support.
