★★★☆☆ It's okay.
I am a user who pays for majority of the things, in which I have zero problem with. But the only downfall is TRANSLATIONS!! There is barely any translations, plus even if there is then it's inaccurate. It's to the point I decipher most things myself.

paying for a membership and then paying to see live videos and messages for an additional fee PER MEMBER when the app doesn't even send notifs (yes i've checked in-app and in settings to see if notifs are on) so i miss everything that i am literally paying for.

I appreciate this app allowing me to view my favorite artists, but I don’t like that I need to pay for lives. So silly. Weverse allows us to view artists’ lives without paying extra. What is the purpose if paying a membership fee!

As an international fan there’s sometimes not a lot offered to us. That’s why I love this app, I get access to member posts and livestreams and it only cost like $15 for the whole year! More than worth it for me. I have no issues with the app, everything works as it should and I always get notifications of when members of my favorite group go live.

Jeez I’ve been trying to buy the membership but it keeps saying that the page is not working! I’ve tried to pay for 7 times, and I don’t know why the purchase can’t be processed. At least provide accurate feedback or auto save the info I need to type when buying the membership.
PLEASE HELP! THE UX IS AWFUL. ITS SO ANNOYING.
