I am a user who pays for majority of the things, in which I have zero problem with. But the only downfall is TRANSLATIONS!! There is barely any translations, plus even if there is then it's inaccurate. It's to the point I decipher most things myself.

As an international fan there’s sometimes not a lot offered to us. That’s why I love this app, I get access to member posts and livestreams and it only cost like $15 for the whole year! More than worth it for me. I have no issues with the app, everything works as it should and I always get notifications of when members of my favorite group go live.

Jeez I’ve been trying to buy the membership but it keeps saying that the page is not working! I’ve tried to pay for 7 times, and I don’t know why the purchase can’t be processed. At least provide accurate feedback or auto save the info I need to type when buying the membership. PLEASE HELP! THE UX IS AWFUL. ITS SO ANNOYING. otherwise, I look forward to join the live some day! But pleeeeease let me buy!

Sometimes there’s no translation even the video membership content . Please consider it for international fans . Thank you

The app is really great, but I would like it if I could sign in with google because I forget my password a lot. I also want it to be iPad compatible. Just saying. I love the app though

Overall, the app is nice but it needs a live translation option for the live chats, similar to Weverse. Without that feature, live chats are a waste if I can’t understand what the member is saying. This is also a barrier with written announcements from the company. We have to highlight them and translate them into our desired language instead of it being auto-translated into our preferred language.

paying for a membership and then paying to see live videos and messages for an additional fee PER MEMBER when the app doesn't even send notifs (yes i've checked in-app and in settings to see if notifs are on) so i miss everything that i am literally paying for.

I appreciate this app allowing me to view my favorite artists, but I don’t like that I need to pay for lives. So silly. Weverse allows us to view artists’ lives without paying extra. What is the purpose if paying a membership fee!

Please add an auto-translate features for international Atiny. 🙏🙏🙏 We would love to have know what Ateez are saying so we can join the conversations too. Also add a split screen feature so that other members can join each other’s pop lives.

Unless you’re Korean, the POP Live feature is useless as it does not include live translation like Weverse. Also, it would be helpful if the announcements were translated to the user’s language.

Overall it’s fine, but most social media apps have translation for posts and I’d like to see that here. It’s annoying to have to copy/paste it every time I want to read it. Life translation would be amazing too. But one step at a time I guess.
