Inoltre è ovvio che si utilizza la funzione “prenota” un multiplo di volte di quanto si usa quella “acquista”. Basterebbe invertire le due linguette lasciando pre-impostata la linguetta “prenota” e solo dopo clic quella “riacquista”.

Also had the problem of logging in when connected to internet through Cox network (US). When I turned off WiFi on my phone and used cellular, it worked. Always save tickets to wallet.

This app needs you register first and without having an Italian phone number it’s impossible. The other option is to use there machines but without help you will have problems, the stuff is unhelpful cause they don’t speak much English and many just don’t want to help tourists. The stuff could use a lot of training as well as the ticket inspectors on the trains.
