Chi ha un carnet per definizione usa più coupon di seguito. Per favore modificate così da memorizzare il nome del titolare carnet affinché non sia necessario scriverlo ogni volta. Inoltre è ovvio che si utilizza la funzione “prenota” un multiplo di volte di quanto si usa quella “acquista”. Basterebbe invertire le due linguette lasciando pre-impostata la linguetta “prenota” e solo dopo clic quella “riacquista”.

Also had the problem of logging in when connected to internet through Cox network (US). When I turned off WiFi on my phone and used cellular, it worked. Always save tickets to wallet.

Features have been removed, like adding to apple wallet, which was one of the reasons why I liked this app. Now it feels cumbersome. There's also an added step to validate the ticket, which feels like a cash grab.

Easy to book, change and cancel tickets. Easy to use while traveling. Minor improvements could make the experience better during delays or cancellations.

This app has been wonderful to get tickets and overall timetables/schedules. Very useful and practical (Apple Pay is a plus), it also provided local transportation add-ons. However, it should not be trusted for track numbers nor real time delays. Especially 20 minutes prior to departure. Always verify with the departure boards in the station

Please fix the issue that changes the date when transferring the purchased tickets from the app to the iPhone digital wallet. We are booked to leave Milan at 0600, when transferring our booked tickets it changes the date to one day prior. Our tickets coming back the same day are fine. The earlier tickets are probably fine, but it’s unsettling to see the incorrect date. Thank you.

I used this app on a recent trip and it worked well for me on Wi-Fi for buying tickets. Then later if I needed to view my ticket it worked fine also. I did not have cellular phone service when I was in Italy. One tip for buying tickets is to pay attention to how many times you need to change trains and if you think you will have enough time for each change.

I had read about reliability issues with this app but we experienced none of that. I didn’t try to get tickets through the app but it was a superb tool for navigation. Train status and platform numbers are shown and you can monitor your progress and schedule while underway.

We use Trenitalia app frequently and it works 100% of the time.

First have to say that this app is a no brainer an d a must have. Use it a lot and couldn’t imagine not having it. However my last ticket won’t save to wallet for some reason. Hoping support reads this to fix .

App molto utile e leggera, funzionava molto bene anche se dal ultimo aggiornamento l’integrazione del wallet si è persa e non posso più aggiungere i biglietti al wallet, sarebbe utile risolvere il problema nella nuova release perché mostrare i biglietti diventa davvero scomodo!

Even if you’ll only be in Italy for a while, this app is a huge help in viewing train rides, buying tickets, and checking updates for delays. There’s no surcharge for buying online, you won’t have to deal with paper tickets, and on non-Freccia trains you can make exchanges very easily. Super helpful for getting around the country flexibly

An American traveling for about two weeks in Italy. Able to buy tickets for me and my companions. Information is not always accurate, so ask questions!

That’s about it. Slicker looking interface that seems to work the same way, but no more favorites.

Please, add Apple Pay to speed up payments and have a better experience for customers...

This app works far better than its competitor’s app. I appreciate the ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet.

I booked a train for next week, paid, received both an email with confirmation as well as card for Wallet, an invoice in pdf. All without problems. Lay-out of the app is easy and clear. Perfect!

This app needs you register first and without having an Italian phone number it’s impossible. The other option is to use there machines but without help you will have problems, the stuff is unhelpful cause they don’t speak much English and many just don’t want to help tourists. The stuff could use a lot of training as well as the ticket inspectors on the trains.

When did the app lose the ability to add a purchased ticket to Apple Wallet? The new system is awkward.

I like that you email them with a problem then they reply from an email address you can’t reply back to after they’ve provided absolutely no help.

Nice interface for searching trains, but there a bunch of different bugs that prevent me from actually using this to buy tickets
