★★☆☆☆ Tripshot UI

The app for Tripshot seems very non-intuitive to me. Moving to the correct screen is difficult. When my phone is out of order, I have not been able to use the service at all. One time I walked a mile in the rain because I couldn’t get the app to work and the driver I stopped didn’t help at all. Routes could be improved, too. Today I rode the shuttle right past my stop to drop others off at one farther away, wait for a no show and go back.

★★☆☆☆ Bad time estimates

App works fine, the only thing that doesn’t work is the times they say they will be there. They have been on time only once, had us waiting 30 minutes after estimated arrival time for pick up.

★★★★★ Better than Uber or Lyft if you need a quick and inexpensive ride in Santa Clarita

The driver greeted me by my first name, which was surprising and very nice. Great ride home. Couldn’t get faster using Lyft or Uber and 10x cheaper! Totally recommend!!😊😊😊

★★★☆☆ Buggy App

Many issues with bookings and pickup and drop off spots as I am writtting this I cannot see the text for they use white font on white background… need I say more?
