★★★☆☆Auto added tip = zero tip every time
I despise the auto selected tips and will zero it out every single time!! I always tip when I get good service, but for the app to automatically add, it is bad business. Tyler employees accordingly so I don’t have to. Then anything I give as a tip is extra – which is exactly how it should be in establishment like yours!!
Also – fix the saved credit card part in your app. Sometimes my credit card shows up sometimes and I have to manually enter it - and I have selected the default box so many tim

The first time I tried to use the app I scanned the code at the register to get points and they never showed up. I contacted customer service and they replied within a couple days and said they put the points on my account but they still haven’t shown up. I contacted customer service again to let them know and included the original case number in the email but this time never heard back, so I still haven’t get any points for my purchase.
