Top tier smoothie and customer service!!!

Overall the app is fine but I can’t use my giftcard to order ahead in the app. Please add the ability to add a giftcard to the payment methods.

The app is difficult to navigate, performs poorly on cellular data and requires a saved credit card instead of using Apple Pay. Considering the frequency of data theft I am becoming increasingly less likely to use food delivery or purchasing apps that require credit card information instead of using secure purchasing options like Apple Pay.

Being able to order on here then pick up at the store has been very convenient, plus the delivery option. That said, the customization options are somewhat limited. If you wanted to swap out one ingredient for another, the option isn’t always there. So instead of a substitution, it’s necessary to drop the ingredient completely and then select what you want as an add-on, making the smoothie or sandwich more expensive than it should be. (Ex: spinach isn’t an available substitute for lettuce) I’v

The store has quickly become one of my favorites. Just one minor thing I’d change. I never bother completing the survey because as someone who’s gluten free… a $1.99 smoothie with the purchase of a wrap or flatbread is no good to me because I can’t eat either. Would be so much better if you just gave a “minimum food purchase” so someone like me who gets a salad would be able to take advantage of the deal.

Can someone please tell me how to add a payment method in this app? When I go to that tab it says no card but doesn’t allow you to add any cards there. Please help!

The app itself is okay to use. I don’t use it as much as I’d like as I find it crazy that I have to spend $120 (1200 points. $1 = 10 points) to earn a free smoothie. So my critique isn’t as much against the functionality of the app but against the amount I need to spend to earn a smoothie. Would love to see this updated to something more reasonable.

First let me say….I AM ADDICTED TO TSC!! I love the bowls, which I have 2-4x a week! I love the smoothies!! Some of the food items are delicious and looking forward to trying more! You should offer tasting samples (tiny 1-2 oz cup) of a featured smoothie each week. There’s many I would like to try but a little scared of some of the ingredients. I despise the auto selected tips and will zero it out every single time!! I always tip when I get good service, but for the app to automatically add, it is bad business. Tyler employees accordingly so I don’t have to. Then anything I give as a tip is extra – which is exactly how it should be in establishment like yours!! Also – fix the saved credit card part in your app. Sometimes my credit card shows up sometimes and I have to manually enter it - and I have selected the default box so many tim

If it had the option to use Applepay or PayPal I would give it 5 stars.

The first time I tried to use the app I scanned the code at the register to get points and they never showed up. I contacted customer service and they replied within a couple days and said they put the points on my account but they still haven’t shown up. I contacted customer service again to let them know and included the original case number in the email but this time never heard back, so I still haven’t get any points for my purchase.

Yep, that’s all they had to say! My smoothie was the most perfect blend of chocolate peanut butter and banana! I can’t wait to try them ALL!! Thank you 😊

Love the smoothies all flavors and the stuff is very friendly. The food is also delicious. It would be nice to have a special on them sometimes with everything so expensive these days. When you guys had the 4.99 before 9 am you where my everyday breakfast but still I visit maybe not so much but still love you guys. Keep up the good work 👍🏽.

I love this restaurant, love the smoothies and the food great service, but one thing that irritates me about the app is that they don’t always let you review what is in your cart when you click the cart button. It just goes to the screen to to set up the time for picking it up. I don’t always like to set the time till I make sure things are ok with the order first in which it does not let me do.

Great and easy to use app for a great smoothie place. Will rate 5 stars when you include Apple Pay as payment method. Please also add notification for order status for example when it’s ready for pick up.

I have loved this place for years, but now it seems like they don’t fill the wraps as much and the service is insanely slow sometimes. I showed up after ordering online once, and the people preparing the food acted like they had all day and that nobody was waiting for their food. There were stacks of orders and I couldn’t believe how slow the girls were preparing the food.

Tropical smoothie Café is the best. Employees are always friendly food is always done promptly. Never have had an issue😀

The App works fine. Nothing fancy. Could definitely improve the UI and add the ability to integrate Apple Pay. Why someone would create an app requiring payment without that feature is beyond me. Not even PayPal option?

There is an option on the app to scan barcodes on receipts to earn points if you didn’t scan your app at the purchase point but you can click on the option because it’s hidden by the home bar on the app. If you scroll you can see it, but you can’t scroll enough to keep it where you can click on it. Please fix this! I have a couple receipts and I’d hate to lose those points! The smoothies are great, the app needs fixed.

Love how easy it is to order. Great bonuses or rewards however you wanna say it. BUT you really need to add a feature where you can leave notes about how to get in certain spots, such as leaving a gate code for the delivery driver or any other directions the person receiving the order might have.

This is twice now I placed a repeat ordered using the app and changed the location to another for pick up and it sent it to the previous location instead of the new selected pick up location.

Whether it’s the app pick up time estimates being 10-20 minutes before the food is actually ready or rewards not being able to be added to orders, I have continuously had issues with Tropical Smoothie Cafe and now I’m just giving up. Which is a shame because I do like the flavor and quality of their food. I’m just tired of the inconsistency and what feels like staff and management that just don’t care.

What I don't like about this app is that I can't see what's in it BEFORE I order. I should be able to click on it, see what the ingredients are, THEN decide IF I want to add it to a cart and before I select a store.

Restaurant is awesome, favorite smoothie restaurant and good meals as well. The app… harsh cut off period for submitting receipts for credit. They should make that margin a LOT wider- months instead of weeks. Would also be nice if I could tip within the app.

This app requires you to start an order before you can see the menu items. I’ve “favorited” the only location in town but it doesn’t show up in the favorites screen. This means that to see what’s available to order I have to take 5-6 unnecessary steps every time I want to look at the menu. Then I have to delete the order if I'm not ordering. Just noticed it doesn’t use the regular “in app purchase” and I have to use Apple Pay or enter my CC info into the app.

In order to earn points for purchases made in store you need to grant location data to the app. Why? I’m not checking in, to the store for points, I’m scanning my receipt from home or work. There’s no reason for the app to need my location data for this, unless the app is trying to collect it to sell. Scummy
